1. What the Service is
Freddy for Minecraft helps you discover and download unofficial custom maps (.mcworld) and addons (.mcaddon) intended for use with Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Minecraft itself is a separate product that you must obtain from its official store.
2. Unofficial status / Mojang & Microsoft
This is an unofficial application for Minecraft. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates. Minecraft names, trademarks, and assets are the property of their respective owners. Use of Minecraft branding on this site is for descriptive purposes only, in accordance with Mojang’s brand guidelines.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the Service under the laws of your country (and under the terms of any app store you use). If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
4. License to use the app
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
- Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content
- Interfere with servers, ads, or other users’ access
- Misrepresent the Service as an official Mojang or Microsoft product
5. Content downloads
Maps and addons made available through the Service are provided “as is.” Availability may change. Files are intended for personal use with Minecraft Bedrock Edition. You are responsible for how you import and use content in Minecraft and for complying with Minecraft’s own terms.
6. Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertisements. Ad partners may use technologies described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Freddy for Minecraft name, app design, and our original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks (including Minecraft) remain the property of their owners.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DOWNLOADS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR MINECRAFT VERSION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN US DOLLARS (USD $10).
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of Freddy for Minecraft principally conducts business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
